All of the book learning in the world can’t prepare you for what it’s like actually being on the road and learning to share it with other drivers. Learning how to share the road with other users is necessary to be a responsible New York driver. As you drive you need to be aware of the driving conditions and be prepared to yield to cyclists, pedestrians, and other vehicles. Though there’s always opportunities to floor it through a light before it turns red, you must keep in mind that everyone has a right to use the road safely. By being patient and following the rules of the road, you can help to keep everyone out of harm’s way.
It can be difficult to keep track of their surroundings around you as you drive, but we must all keep in mind how important it is to share our roadways. To help make sure everyone stays safe, our team has assembled a test covering topics related to how drivers must share the road with others. It’s important to remember, using a drivers’ license is a responsibility. Thanks for taking the time to brush up on your road-sharing knowledge!
