What is a REAL ID in Nevada state?
Having a REAL ID means that drivers can chose to have licenses and IDs issued in Nevada able to be used to fly and any other requirements for federal identification. This is for security reasons, and by October 2021, all identification must be compliant if you want to use it for the TSA or other federal agencies. It is completely optional for Nevada residents.
