Virginia Sharing the Road Test

All of the book learning in the world can’t prepare you for what it’s like actually being on the road and figuring out how to share the road. Learning how to share the road along with other motorists is necessary to be a safe and responsible driver. When operating a motor vehicle you need to be aware of the driving conditions and be prepared to yield to other vehicles, pedestrians, and even animals. Though there’s always opportunities to squeeze in front of another car by flooring it, you must keep in mind other drivers have a right to their safety as well. By being patient and following the rules of the road, you can help to keep everyone out of harm’s way.

It can be difficult to pay attention to everything around you as you drive, but we must all keep in mind that we all must share the road. To help make sure everyone stays safe, we’ve put together a quiz about how motorists need to share the road. All drivers must keep in mind, using a drivers’ license is an opportunity to exercise good judgment to keep others safe. Thanks for putting in the time to brush up on your road-sharing knowledge!
